We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. The expected delivery time from the date of dispatch is 2-6 business days.
We offer free express shipping on orders over $250. The expected delivery time from the date of dispatch is 1-4 business days.
All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.
International Orders
We offer free express shipping to New Zealand. Orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items must be returned in their new, original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.
Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to send your return. We cannot take responsibility if your return is lost in transit.
We sincerely apologise if you receive an item that may be faulty. Please email hello@pave-au.com with your order number and we will resolve this for you.
We do not offer exchanges. We recommend you return your order for a refund and place a new order.

All online orders arrive in 100% recyclable and compostable paper mailers. Products are protected with 100% compostable poly bags.
If you are returning a purchase, please reuse the original packaging to send your item back to us.
